Ingredients
*Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 16 oz *Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Garlic&Herb)(1/2c), 5 serving *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 2 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup Eggplant, 4 cup Garlic 5 cloves
Directions
Saute Raw veggies, Layering with noodles, Raw eggplant, sauce and ricotta cheese in baking pan 11X13... cover with Mozzerella cheese bake one hour cover with tin foil 400 degrees then uncovered for 15. Makes 8 large servings
