garlic breaded broccoli

5 oz fresh broccoli1 svg spice world minced garlic1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs1 tsp oilve oil
makes two servings
cut stems off the broc
place broc in a pot of boiling water
cook til just tender, or al dente (your preference)
be careful not to overcook it you will cook it more later on
once done boiling, place in an ice bath
in a frying pan use the oil to saute the garlic and toast the panko breadcrumbs.
once breadcrumbs are golden brown, remove from pan.
remove broccoli from the ice bath and in the same pan use the oil to saute and heat up the broccoli, and then add the crumb mix and mix well.
