Mango Salsa

Mango (1 - fresh, or 6 slices - jarred)Raw Onion (4 Tbsp, chopped)Lime Juice (3 Tbsp)Cilantro (1 tsp fresh or paste)
* Pit and chop fresh mango; chop jarred mango - put into bowl
* Chop onion and add to mango
* Add 1 tsp fresh cilantro, or 1 tsp cilantro paste, to bowl - mix well
* Drizzle with lime juice and toss lightly
* Serve immediately or store, covered, in fridge for up to 4 days
