Korean Kalbi

Ingredients
1/2 lb short rib or flank steak1/4 soy sauce1 tsp rice vinegar1 tsp brown sugar1 tsp sesame oil4 cloves garlic1 scallion
Directions
Cut the meat into 4-5 oz strips. Add to a bowl. Add all marinade ingredients. Let marinade overnight.

Grill, or heat over a pan at medium high heat. Cook to desired doneness.

Serve with rice or Korean spicy potatoes, and steamed veggies.
