Ingredients
Brown the ground beef with olive oil, onions, and garlic.Add tomato juice, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Stir wellAdd kidney beans and diced tomatoes. Season with chili powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cayanne pepper, cumin and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
