2-8 OZ PKG. FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE1 1.5 OZ PKG. SUGAR & FAT FREE INSTANT PUDDING MIX1-15 OZ. CAN PLAIN PUMPKIN (NOT PIE MIX)1/4 C. SPLENDA (OR BROWN SUGAR TWIN) OPTIONAL TO TASTE1 CUP FAT FREE MILK2 T. PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE, ADD PUMPKIN AND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH WITH ELECTRIC MIXER. COMBINE PUDDING MIX (I USED VANILLA) AND MILK UNTIL SMOOTH, THEN ADD TO CHEESE MIXTURE. STIR IN SPLENDA AND SPICES. MIX ALL UNTIL SMOOTH. CHILL IN FRIDGE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. SPREAD 1/4 CUP ON ONE RICE CAKE OF YOUR FLAVOR CHOICE. YUM!!
