Low Cal Turkey Stroganoff

20 oz. Ground Turkey8 oz. Light Sour Cream1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Campbell's Healthy Request)1/4 cup crumbled fresh mushrooms1 cup chopped raw onion1/2 pkg. (approx. 3 cups) Whole Grain Rotini Noodles
Begin boiling water for noodles.
In separate pan, brown ground turkey; drain. Add in chopped onion, garlic (optional), and crumbled mushrooms. Sautee for 5 minutes. Add in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Simmer for 10 minutes while cooking noodles. Serve 3/4 c. stroganoff over 1/2 c. noodles.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Makes approximately 5 servings.
