Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients
One whole wheat wrap, cut in half lengthwise (I use Aldi brand wraps because they are rectangular which makes them easier in this application)Small handful of fresh spinach1T low fat cream cheese1 tsp capers1 Salmon Buger
Directions
Preheat grill pan and add salmon patty, flipping half way through and making sure to cook thoroughly (Cook yours according to the package directions. I cooked from frozen, so it took a little extra time)
Meanwhile, mash the capers and mix with the cream cheese.
Then spread the mixture on the wrap.
Add the spinach and the salmon patty.
