Emily's Vegan Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup spelt flour1 cup all purpose flour1 1/3 cups rolled oats3/4 tsp sea salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cloves1 cup sucanat (sweetener)0.5 cup canola oil2 tbsp molasses1 cup canned pumpkin1 tsp vanilla1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine wet into dry until mixed, and then spoon onto a greased sheet pan. Should make 24 cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Enjoy!
