Ingredients
1 16OZ Box Fettuccine4 Tbsp Salted Butter8 oz Heavy Cream6 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Start by cooking your fettuccine according to package instructions. While pasta is cooking, in a small sauce pan over low heat start by melting your butter. Next add the cream and raise the heat to medium. When the mixture is heating slowly add the cheese portion wise while stirring the sauce and breaking up clumps. Once all the cheese has been added continue to stir occasionally until sauce thickens. Should take about 5 minutes after all ingredients are in. Remove from heat and stir occasionally to keep the sauce from lumping. Once fettuccine is cooked and drained, return to pan and add the sauce mixture. Stir until all pasta is covered, enjoy.
