Ingredients
1 cup Soy Slender Chocolate Soy Milk1 cup Dole Dark Sweet Cherries (frozen)1/2 cup Stoneyfarm Organic Lowfat Plain Yogurt3 packets Splenda (more or less to taste)
Directions
Place all ingredients into Smoothie Maker or Blender and blend well. Makes a nice thick, creamy shake. Serves 1 for a meal or 2 for a snack.
