French Toast

Ingredients
Directions
eggs (depending on how many pieces you are making)milk (just a touch to make it look creamy)wheat bread (or whatever kind you prefer)cinnamon sugarbuttersyrup or jam (whatever you like on a pancake)spatulaskilletstoveknifefork
Mix egg & milk mixture together in bowl with fork or whisk
Place bread into mixture sliding it in & flipping it over to cover both sides as well as the edges, do this fairly quickly so it doesn't get soggy & break apart then place it into a pan heated to med or med-high (whatever temp you use for pancakes) that is well buttered so it does not stick
Sprinkle cinnamon / sugar mix onto the piece of battered bread (to taste) after it is placed in the pan. Flip when one side is browned to your liking. When both sides are done place it on your plate & spread butter on your french toast followed by syrup or jam (or whatever you normally put on a pancake)
