Egg White Fritata

Ingredients
* Egg white, 1.25 serving * *Bell Pepper (Red), .25 cup * *Bell Pepper (Green), 2 tbsp * *Onion (raw) 1 Tbsp, 1 tbsp * *Acme Reduced Fat Sharp Chedder Cheese, 0.25 cup * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup * *Extra Light Olive Oil, .75 tbsp
Directions
In small fry pan cook onions and bell peppers in olive oil (or non stick spray) until onions are almost transparent. Pour egg whites on top. Add spinach on top. Cover and cook on low for about 5 mins or until the eggs whites are cooked through. Add your cheese on top, cover until the cheese is melted.
