Garlic Cheddar drop biscuits (ala Red Lobster)

Milk, nonfat, 2 cupsCheddar Cheese, Low Fat, Shredded 8 oz I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread 2 Tblsp, meltedGarlic powder, 2 tsp*Heart Smart Bisquick, 5 cupsI Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray (2 sprays per biscuit, any melted margarine will work to brush biscuits as well, but will affect calorie count)
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease two cookie sheets with spray.
In a large mixing bowl, add cheddar chees and milk. Let sit for 3 mins.
Add melted butter spread and garlic powder, stir.
Add Bisquick and mix until all is well combined.
Add by large spoonful onto greased cookie sheets, 12 per sheet. (biscuits will expand during baking)
Bake until golden brown, approx 15 -17 mins.
Spray the hot biscuits with 2 sprays of butter spray or brush with melted butter.
