Grandma's stuffing...redone

Ingredients
3 lbs. extra-lean ground turkey1 lb. turkey sausage1 1/2 packages plain bread crumbs1 tsp. sage1/2 cup egg beaters1 large onion, diced32 oz low sodium, reduced fat chicken broth4-5 ribs of celery, diced
Directions
1. Brown sausage and ground turkey. Drain off excess fat/oil.
2. Add bread crumbs, sage, egg beaters, and diced onion.
3. Add chicken broth- to moisten. *You don't need to use it all.
4. Add diced celery.
5. Transfer to casserole dish... bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
