fresh tomatoes, arugula and br rice pasta

Ingredients
3 large tomatoes, chopped into 1x1 pieces1-2 chopped arugula2 TB olive oilpinch sea saltpinch black pepperpinch (depending on how much kick you want) red pepper flakesbrown rice pastagrated Parmesan cheese
Directions
heat olive oil with chopped garlic and red pepper, add tomatoes and saute, add salt and pepper.

In the meantime cook your pasta as directed on the label. Drain once it is cooked.

once the tomatoes are cooked down and they've created a bit of a sauce (still with some chunks) add arugula, mix and let it wilt. mix in cooked pasta.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.
