Spinach and Mushroom Scramble

6 egg whites1/2 c. fresh spinach1/2 c. fresh mushrooms2 oz. Reduced Fat Feta Cheese1/4 c. nonfat milkolive oil or non-stick spray (to oil pan)Seasoning to taste (garlic powder, minced onion, basil, salt, pepper)
Add enough oil or spray non-stick spray to lightly coat pan.
Whisk egg whites, milk, and seasonings (except basil) together.
Cook eggs for a couple minutes or until eggs start to solidify.
Add spinach, mushrooms, and feta cheese.
Once all mixed in, sprinkle on basil to taste
Cook until eggs are scrambled and veggies are cooked to your desire.

Just to note, the recipe does not actually have as much sodium as it says it does.
