Potato Soup with Sausage and Kale

Ingredients
4 Large potatos, cubed 1 onion, chopped3 cups 1% milkdash of pepper1lb italian sausage, browned1 cup chopped Kale
Directions
Boil potatos and onions in salted water for 20 minutes, with water just covering potatos. Mash some. Add milk, butter, and sausage and heat 15 minutes or until desired thickness. Once think add Kale and cook 5-10 minutes more, Kale should still be a bit crips.
