Nic's Pumpkin Pie Filling

1 3/4 c. Sugar1 tsp Salt2 1/2 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Ginger1/2 tsp Ground cloves1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp Allspice4 eggs (jumbo)3 1/2 c. (29 oz can) Canned Pumpkin3 c. Silk Soy Milk - Vanilla
Combine sugar and spices. Beat in eggs. Stir in pumpkin, then slowly stir in milk (can substitute evaporated milk).
Pour in TWO 9" prepared crusts and bake 425 degress for 15 minutes, then 1 hour or more at 350 degress until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Recipe makes two, 9" pies to be cut into 8 servings each.
Pie Crust must be calculated separately. Not included in these nutritional stats.
