One Bowl Chocolate Vegan Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
* 2 cups all-purpose flour * 2 cups sugar * 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder * 1 teaspoon baking powder * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 cup water or coffee * 1/2 cup vegetable oil * 1/2 cup applesauc
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder,
baking powder and salt with a whisk.
4. Pour in water or coffee, vegetable oil, vanilla and applesauce
(and chocolate chips if using); mix until just blended.
5. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
6. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until center is
set and toothpick inserted two inches from the side of the pan comes
out almost clean.
7. Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into desired
size and shape
