Chicken with Black Beans

Ingredients
3 Tbls Olive Oil1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes1 large onion4-5 cloves garlic4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips2 tsp oregano2 tsp ground cumin2 (16 oz) cans black beans, undrained3 Tbls. balsamic vinegarsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Serve on rice if desired.

Heat oil and add red pepper, garlic and onion. Cook until onion is tender. Add chicken; cook until done. Add oregano and cumin and simmer one minute. Add black beans and vinegar.
