Hot Tuna or Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
1-3oz can tuna in water1/3 cup thin onion wedeges4 small to medium fresh sliced mushrooms1/3 cup red pepper1 tsp olive oilsalt and pepper to tasteyour favorite salsayour favorite shredded cheese
Directions
Heat olive oil in a small fry pan. Saute veggies until cooked. Add seasoning to taste. Add drained tuna or chicken and heat through. Heat 4 corn tortillas, place 1 tbls. cheese and 1 tbls. salsa on each. Evenly divide the tuna mixture onto the tortillas. Serve. Makes 2 servings. Great with a side salad.
