Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients
12 oz of silken soft tofu1/3c maple syruplemon zest from a whole lemonjuice from the lemon ( 2 T or more to taste)1 thawed package of frozen cooked winter squash1 1/2 t of cinnamon1 t of ground gingerpinch of nutmegpinch of clovespinch of seasalt
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until blended. Adjust flavorings to taste.

Makes about 8 half-cup servings.
