Chocolate Hazelnut Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Hazelnuts, chopped 3/4 oz Semisweet Baking Chocolate, grated or chopped1 cup AP Flour1 cup Whole Wheat Flour4 tsp Baking Powder2 tsp Baking Soda2 cup skim Milk1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Egg3 egg whites2 tbsp Canola Oil2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (or granular)
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well. Heat a nonstick griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides.

Makes about 15 pancakes.
