SPICED CRANBERRY COMPOTE

Ingredients
4 small-ish oranges 1 apple1 pear1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground cloves1/2 teaspoon ground ginger8 - 10 packets Stevia Plus1 (12-ounce) bag fresh cranberries
Directions
Peel Oranges. Remove pith and any seeds, then blend thoroughly (handheld blender can be used)

Peel Apple and cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Peel Pear and cut into 1/2-inch pieces

In large saucepan, place blended oranges, apples, pears, and spices.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 6 to 8 minutes until apples and pears just begin to soften.

Add Stevia and stir to combine.

Stir in cranberries.

Bring mixture back to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add additional Stevia Plus and/or spices if desired.

Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Makes approximately 4 cups.
