Ingredients
200 grams chicken breast 2 tbl apple cider vinegar 1 tsp garlic, minced 1 tbl lemon juice 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp sea salt ½ tsp onion salt ½ tsp celery salt ¼ tsp chili powder 3 drops stevia
Directions
Makes 2 servings
Preparation:
Slice raw chicken into strips. Mix ingredients for marinade and place in a sealable bag with chicken strips. Refrigerate for about 8hrs, turningn occasionally. Pan fry chicken in nonstick pan. Arrange chicken strips on plate and top with Citris salsa.
