Red Onion, Tomato, and Herb Salad

Ingredients
3 Medium Tomatoes, thinly sliced1/4 Medium Onion, thinly sliced into rings4 Tbsp Basil, chopped into ribbons1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/2 Tbsp Cider VinegarSalt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Make a layer of tomatoes on a plate, top sparingly with onions, sprinkle basil ribbons on top.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil and vinegar. Drizzle over the tomatoes, onions, and basil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
