1 T light brown sugar1 t salt1 t garlic and onion medley seasoning1/2 t paprika1/4 t chili powder1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes, halved2 T olive oil 1 T chopped fresh basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line jelly-roll pan with foil; coat with cooking spray. In bowl, combine all seasonings except basil. Add potatoes and oil, toss to coat. Spread mixture in single layer on pan. Bake without stirring until lightly browned and tender. About an hour. Toss with chopped basil. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
