Apple Coffee Cake (Grandma Nina's)

Ingredients
2.5-3 C Whole Wheat Flour3/4 C sugar1 C Brown Sugar1 tsp reduced salt1 tsp nutmeg3/4 C canola oil1 egg (or equivalant egg substitute)1C FF sour milk1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1-3 tinly sliced apples
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, salt, nutmeg, and oil-Crumble together. Take out 1 cup and set aside for topping.
Add to the remaining mixture:
egg, sour milk, soda, and baking powder.
Mix until all lumps are dissolved (or your hands get tired which ever comes first) Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
layer sliced apples over top.
Sprinkle with resereved topping mixture and with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
