Deep Covered Baker Italian Chicken

1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1/2 bottle Lite Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
- Place the chicken breasts in the baker (they can be frozen or defrosted, just add more time if they're frozen)
- Pour half the bottle of Italian dressing over the chicken and cover the dish.
- Microwave for 8 minutes. Rotate the chicken pieces, putting the thickest parts outward. Use an oven mitt to grab the lid, it will be hot.
- Microwave 4 more minutes and rotate pieces again.
- Repeat this last process until the thicker chicken pieces start falling apart when picked up with a fork. You can use a thermometer, but the chicken will be done before it's tender.
- It usually takes 20 minutes total cooking time.
