Yummy Sweet Potato Dish

Ingredients
Sweet Potatoes/YamsEggsButterBr. SugarCinnamonPecan
Directions
Peel the yams, cube and boil until soft. Once soft drain, and add eggs, butter and cinnamon. Place mashed ingredients in buttered casserole dish, and top with sauce of 1/2 c of each - butter, br. sugar, and chopped pecans.
Bake in 350 oven for 20 - 30 mins until bubbly and crumbly. Makes about 9 cups-calories are based on 1/2 c servings.
