Spinich-Flax Seed Pasta

Ingredients
Combine in pasta maker :3/4 Cup all-purpose flour3/4 Cup semolina1/2 tsp salt1 tsp olive oil1 large egg, beaten1 Cup fresh spinich, finely chopped and packed1/4 Cup flax seedMix until crumbly, adjusting flour or liquid as needed. Form pasta into 3/8 by 3 inch noodles (egg noodle plate). Boil 8 minutes.
Directions
Feed cut noodles from pasta maker directly into rapidly boiling water. Cook 8 minutes. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
