-1 pkg of Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes seasoning-2 tbsp olive oil-1 tsp salt-6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed (about 2lbs)-1 1/2lbs small red potatoes, cut into 1" cubes

Card specifies # of servings as six, but I calculated # of servings as five as that is how many chicken thighs I had in the 2lb package I bought.
