crock pot mexican chicken

Ingredients
1 cup long grain brown rice1 yellow pepper1 red pepper1 orange pepper1/2 medium white onion1 jalapeno pepper1 chicken bullion cube1 cup water1 can black beans( drain partially)
Directions
layer brown rice on bottom of crock pot with water and bullion. Then add onions, peppers and black beans. Place chicken on top cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours if cooked at low temp add more water and the chicken will shred. Seperate into 6 even portions. Add tabasco, salt, pepper, and cumin to taste
