Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups cup tomatillos1/3 cup water1 lg. jalapenopinch of salt1/2 sm. onion1 lg. avocado
Directions
In a blender puree the water, onion, and salt. Add the tomatillos and jalapeno and continue to puree. Finally add the avacado. Puree to a smooth consistency. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 12 1/4 cup servings.
