Apple Blueberry Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Apple - peeled, seeded, & quartered1 cup frozen blueberries1/4 cup water - filtered1/4 cup plain yogurt - non fatSplenda (Optional)
Directions
1. Peel and quarter one apple (I use fuji or if I want a tartness granny smith) and drop into a blender. (Mine is 1560 watt - for a lower wattage you will have to blend longer but it still works great).
2. Add 1/4 cup filtered water into the blender and blend apple until smooth.
3. Now add your frozen blueberries and the yogurt. Blend again until smooth.
4. Taste and add sweetener of choice if you want it a bit sweeter.
