Cranberry sauce

Ingredients
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (appoximately 1 - 12 oz bag1 cup water 1/2 cup Splenda1- 1&1/2 tsp ginger
Directions
Combine cranberries and water in saucepan over medium to high heat. Cook until skins on cranberries are mostly popped. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup Splenda and ginger (1 - 1.5 tsp or to taste).

Makes approximately 3 cups of sauce or 48 tbsp.
