Beef and Three Bean Chili

1 lb lean ground beef1 can pink beans1 can black beans1 can kidney beans1 can whole kernel (drained)2 packs McCormick Chili seasoning mix2 cans (28oz) crushed tomatoes
In a large pot, empty the cans of beans (complete with liquid), the drained corn and canned tomatoes. Slowly heat, stirring often.
Meanwhile, brown the beef, then drain off excess fat.
Add the chili seasoning mix to the beef, cook for about 1 minute before adding the whole meat mixture to the vegetables in the pot.
Bring the pot to a boil (stirring often), and then simmer for about 20 minutes (stir occasionally).
Serve with rice (white or brown), if desired.
Makes approximately 12 1-cup servings
