Ingredients
2 - 8oz pkg cream cheese1/2 c Splenda for baking2 eggs1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
Soften cream cheese in microwave for 40 seconds. Blend in 2 egss and 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract. Add 1/2cup Splenda.
Mix well on medium speed using hand mixer. Pour into 12 cupcake papers. Cook at 350 for 20 min. Cool and refrigerate.

    I am rating this very good because I used fat free cream cheese and think I was supposed to use regular cream cheese. They still taste good. I am wondering if they were supposed to "sink" while cooling, or if that is because I used fat free cream cheese? Any thoughts???? - 11/13/12
