Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 chicken breast halves, sliced thin1 small onion sliced2 bunch broccoli , cut into flowerettes1 sm can Water Chestnuts1 1/4 snap peas4 tbsp. Light Soy Sauce2 Tbs. Olive Oil2 pgk Stir Fry Seasoning
Directions
Combine chicken, soy sauce and 1 tbsp. olive oil in bowl, let sit for 20 minutes. Heat pan, add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove from pan add other tbsp. of oil, add vegetables and cook until crisp tender and bright green. Add chicken back in. Prepare Stir fry packets according to directions. Add and let thicken, serve over steamed rice. Serves 6
