My Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients
12 oz beef sirloin, cubed200 grams baby carrots, chopped6 potatoes, chopped and peeled1 cup onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped2 cans canned mushrooms14 cups water2 cups beef consomme2 cups whole wheat flour2 cloves garlic, minced3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cut the steak into cubes and put into a bowl with the flour and mix.
Put the floured meat into a fry pan with 3 tbsp of olive oil and cook until a little pink on the inside.
Combine the rest of the ingredients into the slow cooker. Put the slow cooker on high.
After the meat is cooked add to the broth and cook until done.
Put the rest of the flour into the mixture as well and stir well.

Makes 12- 1 cup servings.
