Low-fat Basil Pesto (with artichokes!)

Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil leaves, washed & patted dry2 Tbsp. olive oil4.5 oz artichokes (use canned in water or frozen)2 cloves garlicsalt, to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor and process with S-blade until everything is nicely processed. Makes an excellent spread inside sandwiches or on crackers. Serves 2.
