Domata Living Flour, 2 cup Golden Flax, cold milled Golden Flax, 6 tbsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.25 tsp 2 Egg- large, fresh,Pumpkin Puree- Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix, 2.25 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 1 cup Safflower Oil, oleic, .5 cup Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Liquid Stevia, 3 serving Vanilla Extract, 3 tsp
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bread loaf pan with oil. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, stir and set aside. In another bowl beat Pumpkin, Vanilla, Eggs, Spices, Liquid Stevia, Milk, and Oil together. Fold into dry mix, stir well. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Cool completely, serve, enjoy!
