Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash, 1 squash cooked and scooped Onions, raw, .5 medium dicedButter Land O Lakes Light Butter w/Canola oil 1 tbsp, Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1/2 dicedHunts Garlic and Herb Sauce, 1 canAny other spice (oregano) or vegetable you like
Directions
Prep by Cooking spaghetti squash at 350 for 30 minutes, let cool and scrape out with fork. Dice veggies.

Cook: Saute onions, peppers and any veggy you want to add. Add tomatoes, sauce and squash.
