Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
2 whole eggs (or egg whites, your choice)1/2 c. oatmeal1 banana, sliced1/2 tsp vanilla extract1tsp soy milk1/2 Tbsp Stevia, or to tastePam
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spray skillet with Pam and add the mixture, half at a time to make 2 "pancakes" (easier to flip!)

It will take a couple of minutes on each side but use your judgement!

I have topped my pancakes with maple syrup or i will have them with a vanilla yogurt, yum!
