frozen mixed berries or blueberriesLow-fat almond milkDannon plain non-fat yogurtGreen drinktsp of honey(you can add a couple of pieces of pineapple for extra zing)
in a blender, add 1 cup frozen berries, 3/4 c Nonfat plain yogurt (regular or greek), 3/4 c Vanilla Almond milk, 1/2 c Green drink, and 1 tsp honey. Blend until mixed and berries are in liquid form - approximately 5 minutes. Pour out half and freeze the other half for later :)
You may also add ground flax seed for extra fiber :)
