Kale with sundried tomatoes and brown rice

2 cups chopped kale (remove ribs)3 green onions chopped1/2 oz sundried tomatoes chopped (not oil packed)2-3 mini sweet peppers chopped1 TBS olive oil2 cloves garlic (chopped)1 cup brown rice cooked1/4 cup water
put olive oil in pan and add green onions, peppers, minced garlic and sundried tomatoes. Saute 1 minute med heat. Add chopped kale and continue sauteing. salt and pepper and saute until kale is wilted. Add brown rice and water, stir and cover and let cook 3 - 5 minutes.
