12oz cold water1 scoop vanilla protein powder2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate10 frozen blackberries3 ice cubes
Directions
Pour cold water in blender
Add protein powder
Blend for 15 seconds
Add frozen orange juice concentrate and blackberries
Blend 30 more seconds
Add ice cubes
Blend on high speed until smooth
