Carmelized Onion Dip

Ingredients
1 Large yellow onion16-ounce container of sour cream1 tsp of better than boullion chicken base1 tsp of dried parsely2 Tbsp buttersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Dice Onion into small pieces. Fry in butter on low heat until soft and brown. Combine all ingredients and refridgerate.

Makes 16 2-Tbsp servings.
