low carb salmon cake

Ingredients
1 13 oz can of salmon, drained1/2 cup of low carb bread crumbs1/2 cup eggbeater1 tbsp of dill weed1tbsp of chives
Directions
Drain salmon. Combine with egg beaters and bread crumbs. Chop herbs and add to mix. Mix and form into patties.

Can be baked at 350 for 30 minutes or fried with cooking spray.

Serve with a salad or in a sandwich.

    Today I was in the pantry rut for lunch. End of the month, no more groceries, it's time to use what we have and I was looking for a way to use my canned salmon.
